Aww...I love her eyes ^^

If you have a layer that is white, delete that one first. Then go to Layers > Merge Visible, which will leave the background tranparent except for the colors on top. After you Merge Visible, just 'save as' the file you like. Don't 'Flatten Image' as this will automatically give you a white background.
